Simple Spaghetti & Onion
- Onion I use frozen diced onion
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Dice your onion into small cubes.
- Cook your spaghetti as per pack instructions.
- Add in your diced onion
- Towards the end of cooking (about 5 mins before) drain your spaghetti and return to the pan (don't turn this on a high heat)
- Fill your saucepan with 3/4 milk and turn on a low heat. Let this simmer gently in the pan
- Stir through your sweetcorn and your cheese
