Ten Minute Pasta
- Penne pasta preferably wholewheat
- Tinned Tuna in spring water
- Peas frozen or tinned
- Sweetcorn frozen or tinned
- Mayonnaise preferably light
- Cook your pasta (according to pack instructions)
- Once cooked, drain and return to the pan.
- Whilst still hot stir in the sweetcorn, peas and tuna.
- Now stir through the mayonnaise and serve
